The Council of Ministers of B&H issued new Decision on Visas, which shall be put into effect as of June 20^th, 2012.

Nationals of the bellow listed countries shall be exempted from visa regime when entering and staying on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina up to 90 days:

19. Honduras
20. Croatia
21. Ireland
22. Iceland
23. Israel
24. Italy
25. Japan
26. Costa Rica
27. Republic of Korea
28. Canada
29. Qatar 
30. Cyprus
31. Kuwait
32. Latvia
33. Liechtenstein
34. Lithuania
35. Luxembourg
36. Hungary
37. Macedonia
38. Malaysia
39. Malta
40. Sovereign Military Order of Malta 
41. Mexico
42. Monaco
43. Nicaragua
44. the Netherlands

Citizens of the following special administrative zones that shall not be required to have visa when entering and staying on the territory of B&H:

1. Hong Kong (Peoples` Republic of China)
2. Macao (Peoples` Republic of China)
3. Taiwan (Peoples` Republic of China)

Besides having travel document and a proper identity card proving identity and citizenship, the nationals of the following countries may enter Bosnia and Herzegovina:

1. EU member states
2. Schengen Agreement signatory countries
3. Andorra, Montenegro, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Monaco,  San Marino, Serbia, the Holy See and the Swiss Confederation
